CO/UT June 2007

Postby Jerry Blair » Sun Jul 29, 2007 1:38 pm

I took Lori's Grand on a road trip through CO to Moab. Ran a few easy trails with friends in CO and ran Ophir Pass solo.

In Moab I ran Fins & Things, Long Canyon, Kane Creek Canyon, Metal Masher, Klondyke Bluffs and White Rim Canyon.

Just saw this pic in my folders.

We helped this guy push his old Honda Silverwing up through the sand and over a ledge in Long Canyon.

His passenger had been walking about a mile....Not really a place for a full dress street bike, but the guy was determined!

LOL,

That was my friend, Tony Sain, from Chicago. It was a very nice XJ. He bought it about 6 months before the trip and sold it right after.

He goes through vehicles pretty fast. As a matter of fact, I bought my Grand from him and the greenish TJ in the pics was also his at one time.
