It's a Mopar offroad bumper. We actually bought it, the tire carrier, the front bumper with integral winch mount and a skid plate for under the front bumper all from the dealer. The bumper was the best looking one I found and the price was very reasonable compared to the rest. We also had a 15% off parts coupon the salesmen gave us. The real tough part now is the front is on but I need to cut and modify the top and the grill guard tube to clear the Warn Powerplant winch.
The Warn rock rails for it came in today. The factory rock rails with the sliders weren't as beefy and they are on eternal back order.
As far as lift, I haven't decided how high and what type. I am looking at the OME with adjustable track bars.

You can't really go wrong with OME kits. It will ride very nice and perform well

That does look good. I like how it wraps around the tub and provides some protection.

The front is on. I just need to cut it to fit the Power Plant winch
