I just need to get a row pinched off on my new, temporary radiator (it's a tough life in my garage), get my new offset air filter base plate, new air filter, fan shroud, throw the front clip back on and I'm done.

Terry fabbed a bracket for the throttle linkage. He should sell them to Fast. We fired it up Sunday evening. It seems to be running pretty good except the fuel injector "duty cycle" keeps timing out and throwing an error code. According to Fast, I need the 4 injector unit to put enough fuel into the stroker motor. I did have a nice rumble to it while we broke it in. The rest of the stuff stays the same, so it should be a pretty easy swap.

We were told to day by "SLOWHARD" Fuel Injection (Terry and I can't call them FASTEZ right now), my new 4 injector ("engine tested" according to them) throttle body shipped last night and will arrive tomorrow. It might be running good this weekend. "Fingers crossed"

Well, it ran pretty good yesterday. :jammin: Terry's is going to work on a little fine tuning today. I hope to pick it up in the next day or two and drive it around some and she how it does.

I won't bore you with all the details, but I am not convinced yet that Fast Ez EFI is the way to go. Time will tell.

Update:

Fast EZ EFI is not the way to go. :banghead: :banghead:

I returned the system and ordered a new Howell system setup for the stroker motor. So far it has ran pretty good. Terry had to change the fuel pressure to get it idling properly and that took a few tries since it is done mechanically by taking apart the throttle body to adjust it. I hope to pick it up this weekend. I am pretty sure Terry is tired of looking at it. :jester:

Drove it home from Terry's today! Can't wait to try it out at Windrock in a couple weeks.
